Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig November 21, 1983) is an American actress best known for her roles as Shannon Rutherford on the ABC television show Lost and Kim Mills in the Taken trilogy. The couple had separated and she relocated with her mother in Los Angeles. Although she was struggling financially and in the beginning, she made her acting debut in the role of Rachel's Room's principal character. After earning a Young Artist Award in 2002 for her performance of Murder on the streets of Greenwich of a 15-year old Martha Moxley as a murder victim, Grace went on to win. Grace Rutherford played the lead actress on Lost for its first two seasons. In 2004 she received the Screen Actors Guild Award with all of the ensemble. Grace decided to concentrate on film after starring opposite Tom Welling's character, The Fog, in 2005. In 2007, she starred as a character in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club and also, as Liam Neeson's Kim Mills as Kim Mills for Taken. Her role was reprised for Taken 2 (2011) and Taken 3 (2013).She also played Alice in Malice in Wonderland, a contemporary adaptation of Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace played Shannon on the finale and in two additional episodes. The actress was featured in 2013's six-season of Californication. She portrays Faith an actress in a group and as her muse to the stars, who catches the eye of Hank Moody played by David Duchovny. She is part of the Gyllenhaal family and is the younger sister of Jake Gyllenhaal. Later, she was in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind as well as Mona Lisa Smile (both 2002).
